We advise bringing bagged ice. - charcoal BBQ located street side, charcoal not included, we ask guest to use self igniting charcoal - Faux Electric Fireplaces: do not have enough of power to fully heat up bedrooms, please use AC Heater - Not notifying of pets and paying the pet fee is considered a broken house rule - public community pool fee entry applies located 0.9 miles, Honeysuckle Pool and Deli -We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - trash pick up is scheduled with the cleaning company upon your departure, if you need a scheduled trash pick up during your stay there is a $55 fee. - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App Seasonal Note: Ladybugs are common in the Smoky Mountains during certain times of the year. Despite regular cleaning and pest prevention, some may be present. This is normal for the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent entry.

House Rules

- must state the number of pets in reservation (in the guest count section) if bringing pets. No unapproved pets allowed. - guests must not avoid paying for pet fee - do not tamper with RING camera at front door. - guests may not misrepresent the number of guests, including adults, children, and pets - no parties allowed on the party, or your reservation will be canceled, Airbnb will be notified. - never more than 16 guests on the property - no guns or firearms allowed on the property - unapproved late checkouts will incur a charge of $200 which is a pass-through fee charged by the cleaning company for delays and the need to send additional housekeepers. You must have a text on the app stating your late check out of the specified time has been approved. Otherwise check out is set for 10am. - Guests are responsible for properly disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor bins or collection areas provided at the property. If you have excessive trash that does not fit inside the bear cage that contains 3 containers, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay trash pickup for your convenience. Please note there is a $55 service fee for this request, which can be processed through Airbnb upon confirmation. - excessive bagged trash is subject to $45 excessive trash fee which is a pass through fee from the cleaning company. The cleaning company typically allows for 2 additional bags outside what fits in the bins before they decide to charge. If you’d like to avoid any potential fee feel free to ask about local trash drop off locations.

This cabin was absolutely amazing! The modern design was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. The location was peaceful and perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings while still being convenient to local attractions. A highlight of our stay was seeing a mama bear and her four cubs right outside the cabin—an unforgettable Christmas experience and true Tennessee mountain magic! We felt lucky to witness something so special from the comfort of the cabin. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing mountain getaway.

The perfect mountain escape for multiple families staying together. Each bedroom has its own full bath and balcony to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. The host Scott, is very proactive and sent out detailed information on all of the accommodations. We had an amazing stay, we will be back again! Thank you!

This is the perfect place to experience the mountain splendor. Location is great between Pigeon Forge and peaceful Townsend. Scott was a wonderful, attentive host. We could not have asked for a more perfect space for seven adult women and two fur babies. Thanks Scott for a memorable week in the mountains.
