-We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside) All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - charcoal BBQ located street side, charcoal not included, we ask guest to use self igniting charcoal - public community pool fee entry applies located 0.9 miles, Honeysuckle Pool and Deli - Faux Electric Fireplaces: do not have enough of power to fully heat up bedrooms, please use AC Heater - Not notifying of pets and paying the pet fee is considered a broken house rule - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - trash pick up is scheduled with the cleaning company upon your departure, if you need a scheduled trash pick up during your stay there is a $55 fee. - communication with host must be done on the Airbnb app.

We had an issue with another Vrbo rental 2 days prior, so we had to quickly find another booking for the next 5 nights. We came across this one, and even though it didn't have the pool that we originally planned for, it turned out to be an awesome find. The location was very beautiful & private. Scott, the host is very responsive. The hills were not too bad. It wasn't close to the hub like our other booking, but not too far either. There's a cute store just down the road that has souvenirs, local food items & delicious ice cream (probably a 5 min drive or so). The house was incredible. Such a smart & great layout, and very roomy. It was very clean with comfy beds & beautiful bathrooms. The decks were my favorite part of the house. The parking was great as well. We didn't see bears around, but we did get lucky enough to see a small bobcat down below. When we go back to Tennessee, we will definitely see if this house is available! Thank you for a great stay!

Scott's place was great. We spent a week there with family and friends and had a blast. The games and puzzles were really fun as well as the pool table. We loved the fact that each of us had our privacy and own bathrooms in each room. We then would all gather to watch movies, eat and play games. . We enjoyed watching movies in the movie room and the kids loved it too. Definitely recommend. Would stay there again. Scott was also very responsive.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Would have been great for multiple families. Was just as described and appreciated the amenities. The beds were super comfortable and loved having all of those kings! If you’ve never been to the area before, the home is a bit away from the activities so just plan accordingly. The small town of Wears Valley is just down the road and has great food, a winery and a moonshine store as well as dollar general so that was super convenient. My son enjoyed the fishing pond and the pool looked like it was really nice once it’s in season. The house was well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The only other thing to be aware of is that the water stinks like rotten eggs but it sounds like that’s from sulfur in the well water. It didn’t change any opinion of the place, I don’t think it can be helped - just a bit of a heads up for others staying. Scott was very responsive and we had a great stay!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin. I love the fact that this cabin offered 4 king master suits with comfy mattresses. I really enjoyed the abundance of throw blankets and multiple electric fire places making the cabin warm and cozy. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the amazing views from your cabin. I can’t wait to come back !!!

Our family had the Best little vacation! We Loved EVERYTHING about this Cabin.. It was Amazing, Perfect, Spacious and beds were super comfy..Loved the Theatre room!! Host was Amazing from beginning to end and i would highly recommend this place! Thank you for making everything so easy!

This was one of the very rare Airbnb experiences that exceeded our expectations. The listing photographs don't do it justice. The cabin is incredible, with plenty of space, updated appliances, comfortable beds, and wonderful entertainment options. Scott and his team are some of the best Airbnb hosts I've encountered, very responsive to messages and clear with their (very reasonable) instructions. But as good as everything is (and to be clear, it's very good), those back balconies overlooking Wears Valley are worth the rental fee by themselves. We rarely went inside because of just how relaxing it felt being on the balcony. This cabin and this host deserve more than the 5 stars I can give. This is as good as an Airbnb experience gets.

The cabin was just beautiful up in the mountains! We had an awesome time! I truly recommend staying here 100% Close to Gatlinburg, pigeon Forge and lots to do around the cabin! Private, cozy , hope to be back soon!

This area/cabin community is very easy to travel to with two car lanes going up and down. No steep inclines. Any type of vehicle can travel to this cabin. Very large driveway with 6 parking spots and street side parking allowed.
